We gave in... We're bloggers.

Alright, I guess if we're going to have a blog, we'd better update it every now and again. :)  We created it at least a month ago, but haven't posted a single thing.  I'm still trying to figure out how this whole system works, so these first few posts might not be very pretty.  Haha.

School is getting pretty crazy for both of us right about now as finals approach, but we're managing to survive.  After three exams and two papers this week (Thank goodness for Dr. Pepper and it's amazing energizing/keeping awake powers!) I'm certainly ready for conference weekend and some family time away from Provo.  Our schedules have been pretty nuts.  Nursing school sure keeps me on my toes and Craig wakes up for work each morning before 4:00....AM!!!--yup, he's a morning person.  I'm learning to be one.  It's much more fun to go to bed early with him rather than stay up by myself, so I've fallen into his routine.  I still struggle with it because it simply isn't natural to wake up when it's still dark outside.... Unless you live in Juneau, Alaska.

Lucky for you all, my parents got me a camera for my birthday.  Woot!  So the lives of Craig and Corinne can finally be documented. Here are some snippets of the last few weeks.

Alright, the football picture is old... but I really like it.  Craig had never been to a home football game before this year... but I've converted him to the true ways of a Cougar football fan. :)  Rise and Shout!

Um... I don't think we ever take a serious picture... We should probably try just smiling like normal people sometime...

Hehe! Nephews are the best! I'm pretty sure I'm Noah's favorite aunt. :) I love my Chubba-Boy.

A girl can't turn 21 without all the proper "festivities!" :) We told Craig and Roy not to play Cranium against us--boys vs girls. They actually thought they could win. Silly hubbies. :)
This month I ran my first 5K since high school... I didn't do too badly either.  My goal was just to finsh without stopping... That was foiled with about 1/8th of a mile of the race left when what I ate for breakfast decided it didn't want to be in my stomach anymore.... yup.  Gross.  I finished though!  35 minutes 22 seconds.  The race is a fun family tradition that will hopefully continue in years to come.  Eventually one of us is bound to have our number drawn to win the scooter... Hehe.  I'm certainly a lucky girl and have two of the greatest families anyone could ever ask for.

I promise to try and be more exciting as summer drawn nearer.  I plan to lose the extra pounds I seem to have found since marriage, catch lots of fish, hike many trails, explore San Diego, become a racquetball master, and have loads of adventures. :)
